Important Information

Ordering Online- How it works

As soon as you complete your order and payment is made, your information is      processed immediately and your part enters the programming department. After leaving the programming department, your part is packaged and shipped using your chosen shipping method. Keep in mind that the processing time takes 24-72 business hours. Once you receive your new part, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old part. When we receive your old part your one-year warranty begins. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or send us a message.

International Orders

At this moment we ship only within US and Canada (shipping cost to Canada is $65.00 via USPS). Customers from Canada must pay a Core Charge of $100 for Gas Comuters and $250 for Diesel Computers. At this moment we do NOT accept cores from Canada. Please, contact us with any questions.

We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship.
